Elizabeth Wey is an internationally sought after holistic counsellor, psychotherapist, master healer and educator.
She has been at the cutting edge of Healing Therapy for over 20 years.
Through her individual sessions and Zoom workshops, Elizabeth uses uses her skills in helping individuals to explore unresolved emotions, anxiety, past traumas, fears and preconceived notions to bring about positive change by understanding “Behaviours,Biases & Beliefs” so that her client can change their thought patterns enabling them to liberate themselves from enslaving beliefs, transforming unconscious patterns, psychological blocks, and physical pain.
Understanding a persons inner-world from the inside out is fundamental to an authentic relationship with the self, and this awareness allows Elizabeth to see through their eyes, allowing her to be sufficiently sensitive to understand a persons feelings, to recognise the feelings that lies within and under the surface. For a person to be able to open up and express themselves more authentically is everything. When Elizabeth’s clients become aware that she is listening and understanding their troubles, she knows they are more likely to listen to themselves and what is going on inside of them.
Elizabeth’s work recognises and honours the wisdom of the body to support the individual, to effect change through re-framing, gaining personal empowerment and self-acceptance.
