Reflections on the Sacred Retreat & Revitalise Journey – Toberua Island 2025
Returning from Toberua Island, my heart is still full from a truly extraordinary journey. This retreat was more than a gathering; it became a sacred container for connection, healing, and awakening. Over the days we spent together, the island’s energy intertwined with the presence of each participant, creating a space that was alive with love, laughter, and profound insight.
From the very first moment, the sacredness of the island invited us to slow down, to be present, and to open fully to ourselves and one another. Through rituals, breathwork, sound, movement, and reflection, we were able to access deeper layers of awareness, reconnecting with our own inner wisdom and the collective energy of the circle.
One guest beautifully expressed the essence of the experience:
"Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am for this incredible experience and journey together. My heart is full of magnetic love and inspiration, literally bursting with joy. Such a sacred gift to be with each of you and I miss you already , our hearts and souls connected forever in Fiji." Kathleen
This sentiment captures what unfolded: a circle of souls coming together to create a shared field of trust, care, and sacred energy. Moments of laughter, reflection, insight, and healing reminded us all of the power of presence and the beauty of community.
I feel immense gratitude, for the island, for the ancestral spirits who guided us, and for every person who joined this journey, bringing their own light into the circle. The connections, the memories, and the wisdom shared will continue to ripple far beyond the island, touching lives in ways seen and unseen.
This retreat has been a living testament to what is possible when people come together with openness, reverence, and intention. It is a reminder of the extraordinary potential for healing, connection, and joy that resides in each of us, and how transformative it can be to share that journey with others.
Look out India.. here we come
With love and gratitude,
Elizabeth
