Elizabeth ( Owner of The Essence Of Healing)will teach you the art of making flower essences, allowing you to discover the vibrational healing qualities of these magical essences to unlock your full emotional and wellbeing potential. (You will create your own to take home) She will also share her knowledge  from decades of working in the healing field.

Haitch (https://haitchmusic.com/)unlocks the secrets of consciousness through the practices of meditation and sound healing. His extensive knowledge of ancient mysticism brings the power of the human experience to new levels. He will lead a qigong practice each day as well as presenting for us a magnificent concert on the Saturday night.

Rebecca(https://insightintoselfcare.com.au/) will demystify the workings of the body, guiding you to understand how body brushing helps the body in a variety of different ways: it exfoliates the skin, stimulates lymphatic drainage, it improves circulation and the quality of your skin.
