Life Is Precious

This morning, right in the moment as you read this, there are millions of people enduring a tremendous amount of grief, anxiety and troubles.

Not only in war torn countries, but right here in your own lives.

When you stop to think about it for a moment, there is an enormous amount of pain and suffering happening everywhere.

The sheer enormity of it all can certainly leave us feeling overwhelmed.

Rather than focus on these often depressing stories, we must remind ourselves of how lucky we are to have breath. To appreciate the importance of the simple things and joyful experiences that occasionally come into our lives.

When you wake to a new day, no matter what may be presenting itself , no matter how many problems might exist, know that they too shall pass.

I believe that everything in life happens for a reason.

No matter what it is, there’s a divine purpose.

We might not always realise it in the moment, especially when we’re dealing with negativity, pain or sorrow,

Remember that no matter what happens in your life, that life will always be precious.

Try to find the positive in every moment, no matter how small the moment may appear to be.

Because everything in life is unpredictable.

Your life is a precious gift.

Somewhere out there, there are people going about their lives, unaware of everything transpiring in the lives of others - life troubles such as yours.

We are unique people with unique gifts and experiences, living in such diversities.

Your life is unique. You’re on a unique journey, and you are meant to make your own unique discoveries in life.

Your time shouldn’t be spent dwelling on what you don’t have.

Appreciate the journey. your Soul has chosen to take.

Rather than trying to be happy, face each days with appreciation and savour and cherish every moment.

Be the difference, the difference that might just change the world as we know it..

“It dawns on you one day... how precious your life is and how not okay it is for anyone, ever, to cause you any amount of suffering, ever. Then the next time you step out the door you look at everyone and you’re thinking, “My life is precious and you’re not allowed to hurt me.”
